Client records related to credit dispute services are retained for a minimum of five (5) years consistent with industry practice and applicable law.
SMS opt-in and opt-out records are retained for a minimum of four (4) years in accordance with TCPA requirements. Upon written request, we will delete or anonymize your data where no legal retention obligation applies.
